If post processing is set to off, then you should be fine. Unless normal arma graphics look blury to you?

hellchaz, i think you'll have to wait until a member of the community releases a patch to disable it, they done it for Arma2 so no doubt they will do it some time or another in OA, what graphics card you got?

Also make sure your 3D resolution is set to 100%.. and you really, really need a new video card..

does your 3D resolution match your Interface resolution? Also if post processing is off, then motion blur is not on. There's no mod needed... it won't be on. You evidentally have more pressing issues if motion blur is still on when post processing is off.

My dad think it might be where im useing a cheap £10 mouse do you think that could be the problem?

You aren't making any sense.. How could a cheap mouse contribute towards blurry textures?

It's called mouse smoothing so your head moves around more human-like. Go to Options -> Controls and the Smoothing Slider should be set to the very far left.
See if that fixes it.

to decrease/disable input lag
disable mouse smoothing in controls options (slider to the left)
and in arma2.cfg A2 set
GPU_MaxFramesAhead=1;
(same fix applies to OA (there it's just arma2oa.cfg)
