Am I missing something?

I just purchased the game on steam, and it's great, but I have a few issues. The first one... I run the game normally at around 55-70 FPS, but whenever it's not exactly at sixty the screen constantly flashes and I get a black bar that constantly moves up and down the screen. Also, are there no graphics settings, or am I missing them? I think the problem would be solved if I could turn on Vsync, but I can't find the option. The flashing is getting repetitive, but otherwise the game is great. Also, is there no windowed mode?

The game's development was a bit troubled towards the end, and is probably the reason for last-minute cuts from the PC port, including graphics settings and DX10 support.

Dunno what's up with the screen flashing, but you should be able to force Vsync to 'on' in your display drivers.
