Freedom Force is incompatible with this version of Windows

I'm running Win XP 64-bit.
I donwloaded the demo, when I start it, I get "Freedom Force is incompatible with this version of Windows."
Gives me the option to continue, & when I do, game crashes.

Anyone else having the same problem?

alot of people have posted this same problem but its only for the demo. they have said the full version of the game works flawlessly.

Demo do not start and "not compatible" message with WinXP 32-Bit and SP3 with all current updates.

The devs patched this problem years ago. Demo never got updated though.
