Freeplay?

Hi everybody, I just bought Overlord (it is really awesome!), and I was wondering if there is freeplay when you beat the game?

There is kind of free-play in that every time you revisit an area some of the areas respawn things that you can kill. You can also visit the dungeon and fight anything you've already encountered in the game, accessable from your tower.

would be nice to be able to go back and fight the bosses again. Maybe if you enter their area a pop up comes up asking if you want to fight them or just passing.

I mean like after the main quest, can you roam the world?

Nope, end is end, but you're allowed to roam the world before you finish the game, as Danrik said. And, if you've finished the game, you can play it again on Hard. ;)
