Suggestions?! as I will soon host an Online game

I will soon be hosting an Online FM2010, as there are alot of people who want to play Online, and i'd be happy to host the game itself, but i would like suggestions such as:

League:
Teams:

Who wouldn't mind going some of the lower teams?
Maybe have lots of different leagues?
Determined people, who don't quit, if they are not doing so well.
so please give some suggestions...;)
