I know it's just come out, but could anyone offer some advice how to remove the constant pop-up that says "Audio Commentary"? There doesn't seem to be anything in the settings that removes it, and on my first play through of the game I quite frankly don't give a monkey's about the audio commentary. Once I've completed it, maybe...

cant remove it, and it also doesnt remove ones youve already watched. so its possible to watch the same ones again thinking youre actually going to hear something new.
a good remake would have numbered them, or maybe put a small tick in ones youve listened to already.... and also included the ability to switch them off, alter the autosave duration, turn off autosave so it doesnt remove subtitles...kept the game intro, kept the game ending credits..
there is all sorts of fail going on with this very un-special edition.

There's an on/off switch for audio commentary under the Extras menu... I wonder what that does?

You can disable audio commentary in the audio settings or something.
Edit: It's in the Bonus content menu.

Of course that you can turn them off! What do you think? That they are idiots and you have to see them? ;)
My question is, is it possible to play the game for the first time with the commentary on? Do they give away spoilers?

Yes, it's possible, and yes, spoilers are unfortunately a part of EVERY commentary I've seen so far :)
What's amazing is to finally see those three dudes together after a million years :D

I think this audio commentary is a very bad idea for games. Who is going to play the game again to hear the commentary? It just doesn't work for games.

You are clearly not a Monkey Island fan :)
Also, what about a million of us who have actually PLAYED MI2 in the past, and are now listening to Ron Gilbert, Tim Schafer and Dave Grossman just for the heck of it? :D

Can't believe I didn't see this. Thanks.
