Waiting..Waiting..Waiting...new update

Since the new update, im seeing more Waiting..waiting..when the entire match is full. I mean up to 5 minutes+. It never did this before the update. It appears they messed this update up.

I'm referring to the steam update to 1.2.208

I think that would be because players are now divided three ways. There are the no map pack group, the resurgence group and the stimulus group plus the people that own all of them. So basically there's less people to play with.

This happens when the entire lobby is full 12/12 people. It just get stucks at waiting. Then after minutes go by, it will begin. Its not lack of people, just appears to be some new bug,.
