If I were to purchase NBA 2K10 right now (Question)

.. Would it have the latest transitions ? James and Bosh to the Heat ? Stoudemire to the Knicks, ect ? Knowing that I read about a feature called "Living Roster" I would like to know if it's still valid, even though the NBA season is finished. :D

No, not officially at least. The last Roster update was performed immediately after the last game of the NBA Finals, prior to trades occurring. But there are third-party roster producers out there who even do custom shoes, custom faces, custom up-to-date arenas, camera angles, hud updates, and pretty much everything else you can think of so you shouldn't have difficulty finding an updated roster. The next title in the series (NBA 2K11) is due this October.
