hi guys! i live in Latvia and its not supported by gfwl, does the trick with fake/new account registration will work for me? or i will only be able to play offline? and can i buy game from d2d and use key on gfwl ? thanks! :)

Your better off not buying it, the game has barely any activity and almost no one plays it anymore. The only good thing with it is co-op if you have a friend who has the game as well.
