Problem with accessing the game, i click to play invalid serial key!!!!!!!!!

I've tried this ever since it first came up about a week ago, i STILL can't get my game to work, I've contacted the support several times, they first told me to access my properties, then go to verify my integrity which I've done SEVERAL times, neither time has it ever worked; then lastly they just sent me a NEW serial key WHICH LMFAO they should have INPUTTED the FIRST time, but noooo, here's my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ part I cant seem to fix, I CANT find the DANG input SERIAL key BOX i.e. LOCATION, usually it'll pull up all ARMY PROOF here ENTER KEY HERE, but NO!!!!!!!

I know this kinda seems like an ongoing schpeel, but honestly i cannot find the access point, lol I'm probably just blind, I'd much appreciate if someone KIND enough would help, and without any badgering on my part please.

Launch game direcly from steam games in library friend had same problem.

Running Steam as Administrator
If you are seeing issues with Steam and Steam games, please try the following:

Exit from Steam.
Right click the Steam.exe from C:\Program Files\Steam or your default location and choose the "Run as Administrator" option to launch Steam. The option may not work with a Desktop shortcut to Steam so be sure to use the direct Steam.exe.
This process is not permanent. If this corrects your issue, you can continue to launch Steam in this manner or upgrade your Windows User account to Administrator status.

This fixed the "Serial key is invalid" problem for me.
