Random Lockups in Single-player

Just curious if anyone else is having issues with game lockups. They seem to occur at somewhat random spots, including when I attempt to skip the cut-scenes.

System is well above minimum spec, and most other games I have tried, work just fine.

Vista x64
Pentium i7, 2.66Ghz
6Gb Ram
Nvidia 280 1024mb Video Card
Soundblaster X-Fi sound card.

There is an option to turn off cutscenes in the config launcher although that wont solve all of your problems it seems. Also try the usual driver updates.

I get it in multiplayer, usually right before my brother and me finish a level. This sucks terribly.
