I've played Dead Space through a couple of times (which means saving has worked before), but now Dead Space suddenly crashes when I attempt to save the progress.
DS plainly shuts down and Windows (7 64 bit) informs me that DS has stopped working because of a problem (well duh).
I have tried verifying the game files, and deleted the game files and downloaded them again, as well as reinstalling Steam. No change.
Any ideas?
