This is seriously driving me up the ♥♥♥♥ing wall... I need a serious step by step tutorial showing me how to do it with screen shots. :o

I have searched google and have no succeeded. When I do create a .vpk pack of my map and try to load it in game the campaign shows up but the mission does not.

Mappers, what do?

If you've already downloaded another VPK, use GCFscape to open the VPK and see how they set it up.

It's just a matter of setting up the directories right, and editing some text documents.

Make sure everything is right in your text documents.

If one thing is wrong your map won't show up in game.

At least that's how it is with Left 4 Dead.

Yea, it is never ending. I need to lengthen the hallways to add sentries, however this is my first map that actually worked correctly so huzzah at that.
