[REQ] VGUI Mod

Hey this is a request, I'm not sure if its possible, I'm not a vgui expert with source at all and the game is new...

Looking to see if:

1.) The mini-map / radar position can be changed
2.) Can either of these be resized
3.) Not a hack/cheat or custom code, but rather a text vgui change

I also wanted to know this. I want to make the center reload bar larger because right now, it seems about 2 pixels high.

I've tried but any modifications have no effect. I'm looking into/wondering if AS isin the same boat as L4D2, which does a check that doesn't let you change things like the HUD.

does any mod have to be in vpk format? or is that only for maps?
