Numbers do not add up

Played a song on easy, missed about 3 notes, but the end report did not show me missing any notes, although it did display my streak correctly.

Apparently I hit 444/444 notes but only have a streak of 179. Hmm. It showed 99% for completion, but still gave me the Piece of Cake achievement (which requires 100%). Something is off. I'm guessing that some notes somehow counted twice towards the note count.

Actually, it's possible that I double hit on some of the notes. The percent probably reflects the number of notes I played successfully divided by the number of keys I've pressed. In this circumstance, I would have hit 100% of the notes, but not have been 100% "accurate", although the game seems to just use the note percent instead of the completion percent, which I am guessing is unintentional/undesirable.

You also lose multiplier if you hit a note when there isn't one, but you don't lose note count when that happens.
