Still Choppy on ATI?

Is this still choppy with ATI graphics cards? Or do they still have that problem with poor performance?
I'm never EVER going to buy it for $20, but when it drops to $10 or even $5 they'll be looking at some exponential sales.

A lot of peoples' problems can be solved with a few of the common fixes(software mode, CPU affinity, that sort of thing), but people are still having problems even when they have exhausted all the options. So when the price drops down for the sales, you should just buy it and see what works.
