So one of the guys in our clan has 35 days games time, over 83000 kills, has done everything in the game on his own and he went find game and chose TDM. It put him in a hacked server and as soon as he left his stats were lost. It showed that he had 9000 odd wins and 4 losses and his streak is 9000. He has 9000 kills and 4 deaths. No im wondering if there is any way on this little planet of ours to rollback to the day before this happened.
Please guys any advice would be nice.

The only way to roll back would be if he had been using a backup tool. If not then I'm afraid his stats are stuck like that.
I'd suggest that he restarts his stats and makes sure that he gets a backup tool.
I had to do it after losing my stats of 2:1 with 40,000 kills and about 19,000 deaths. After having my stats change to -40,000 kills, deaths, headshots and assists I decided to do a complete stat restart and make sure that I have a back up tool. They really help.

If he has Windows 7 or Windows Vista Ultimate, you can restore your stats by following this tutorial (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X-JALwcpSAE).
Otherwise there is no way to restore your stats. The best thing you can do is start from scratch, or just deal with the stats the way they are.
Download the MW2 Configuration Utility (http://mw2config.com).
You can reset your rank with it, and create backups of your rank.
