Would anyone be interested in organizing something team based and competitive, in order to keep this game alive beyond level 70?

I was thinking of something involving whole squads of people, playing in an organized fashion, for some sort of community team leader board or territory map.

Post if it is something you're interested in.

im 100% interested in this. i think ive played against you b4. you're a good player. ive noticed some hackers creeping into games lately, so getting a community of ppl would be awesome. might be tough without dedicated servers tho. my steam id is chemicalburn16 if you wanna add me

Alright. The more people we can get the better for this. We essentially need to design the "end of game" play, since there is little or nothing to shoot for after level 70.

I was thinking of doing it based on a faction warfare type of scenario--an order vs blacklight sort of scenario. Each "group" of players would pick a side, and a camo color for their unit or something. I'll evolve it more as interest picks up.

You don't have to be level 70. I'm saying that, at level 70, either the community will need to have some sort of organized play mechanism to keep the game alive. As it is the playerbase is hard enough to keep.

We also will need a few people with exceptionally good connections to be hosts for matches.

Hosts for matches will need to be inactive participants, since anytime someone is the host they get an unfair advantage over all other players.

If anyone has a good connection, let me know.

Well I used to host 8 player Fear co op sessions, games remained pretty lagless (despite the huge ammount of code being sent) Same with Alien Swarm, so I might be able to handle a full on 8 a side war.

Although that does mean one side will be a player down (unless said player we use as a camera man and have him running around with a HMG (which I doubt anyone will use in a match)
