Steam connection problem

This only happens on cz, so I know it's not my internet connection. It disconnects me continously when I'm playing, sometimes it will say because of my firewall or the ports with it. I turn my firewall off, and then it still keeps disconnecting me. It doesn't say a problem though, just "Steam Connection Lost"
Can anybody help?
