Fear 2 Project Origin question

Why FEAR 2 Project Origin isn't available in some regions of the world?
I'm from Romania and when i want to enter the store page of the game it says that this game isn't currently available in some regions.

That's due to limits imposed by the distributor. There is nothing Valve can do. They are only the man in the middle.

Just import the game from UK or USA. Should work fine.
