Same here.

The single player still is really fun and the graphics are amazing.

But $40+ is a bit much. Gonna save it for Mafia 2 if it doesn't come out with dedicated servers.

I agree, there are also a few other gripes I have. Crashing, bugs, etc. aside, my key bindings are not staying bound.

They have already confirmed no dedicated servers. I honestly don't see why you need them for a game like this, I've done 20+ matches and haven't lagged once, but w/e.

You can turn voip off in the lobby by selecting a person, hitting profile, and selecting "block all communication"

Alternately you can open your steam overlay, go to settings, voice, and disable voice chat.
