Problem, big one

I recently bought Blacklight: Tango Down and i have one major issue. I played this game quite a bit on my friends computer and his steam account and thoroughly enjoyed it despite what people said. So after i purchased it i tried to play it. Apparently not, most of my textures are broken and they are just black. Don't get me wrong its playable ,but I can't see ♥♥♥♥. So it makes the game useless. I have reinstalled it multiple times and changed the video settings around. So i don't understand the problem at hand. I was also wondering if there any way possible to get a refund for a broken game with no fix?

Can you post a screenshot of the issue so I can get a proper look?
Also does this happen with any other UT3 games?
(BTW may not be related but thier was an issue with the steam version of Mass Effect that generated black textures, maybe the same issue)

i can post a screenie just give me a second to isntall and load up blacklight and i have played an ut demo(the newest one) with no problems.

OF COURSE, as soon as i post a wall of text about my broken textures they are all of a sudden fixed..... now i look like a lier.

yeah now i can enjoy the game like its supposed to be played lol.
