Can't play Inmortal Throne (always starting at Helos)

This is a disaster. I have finished Titan Quest and I was running the game always from Titan Quest exe. When I finished the game, I executed the TQ Inmortal Throne exe and I can import the character, but it's always appearing in Helos! I can make a teletransport, but the last teletransportation I have is to Wasao, and I don't want to kill again the Typhoon!

When I try to start as a new character in Inmortal Throne, the character is astarting at helos too! What can I do? :(

I believe you have to go through the portal after defeating Typhon. I just finished playing the game and I remember that going through the portal brings you through to the next Act.

When you get TQIT you are always supposed to use the TQIT .exe Waiting until beating Typhon is pointless. You just played through the entire game with out the benefits of Caravans, Artifacts, Tons of Loot affixes, Dream Mastery, and a different Typhon fight.

Not to mention the missing Enchanters and extra graphical effects also :)
