hi, when i try to step on the elevator after i get the mine for Alex, i die instantly .. which ist quite annoying :).

is there another way up to alex ?

Try to be ion the middle of the elevator. OR try to see if there is anything that can crush you. If you're not careful, there is a part that will kill you
