xbox config issue

i apologize in advance if i am missing something simple, but i cant seem to figure out how to configure the right analog stick to look around for mafia. there dosent seem to be any option for this

The problem is not just with Xbox Controllers, the game should never have included controller support as it doesn't work with any controllers for anything other than driving.
