OK I plan on making a top fan exhaust for my PC case but not too sure what fan size to go for, I'm thinking of using 120mm fan as I have one (a 120mm) in the front top blowing in, and its just below my DVD drive and above my HDD. And I have a standard 90mm in the back blowing out. So would a 120mm top fan exhaust be enough? or too much? Or should I go with 1 or 2 90mm fan(s)?

i would og with the 2 90mm but to be honest water cooling would be so muc hbetter because the fan exhaust would be EXTREMELy loud

Add one to the back or as intake, not on top. Allows dust to get in easily when the pc is off.

Well As I said I have an intake in the front of my computer a
120mm one, and the back of my case is too small to add a 120mm in the back. The most I could do with way the back is designed is add another hole for a 90mm exhaust fan. I could try and add a fan blowing out on my PSU but im not to sure if its possible.

Also as for dust I would have dust filters in place to help prevent that.

Generally the bigger the fan the better, because the airflow to noise ratio is better.

1 120mm would be better, quiter and less cord management

Not with one fan blowing in and 2 fans blowing out. That would create negative pressure inside the case which would suck air and dust through every hole and crack. You would have to wrap the whole case in a filter. That's why the case designer gave you a 120mm front and a 90mm back, more air going in than going out results in positive pressure.

If I was going to hack some extra holes, I'd add a 140mm at the bottom sucking air in and a 120mm at the top sucking it out again thus maintaining positive pressure.
