STEAM Servers are too busy -__-

For the past 3 weeks The server have been busy for me when I try and launch the game. it says suspended on the download window for it...

Did you try logging in into another computer? how about a completely fresh set-up steam? I mean uninstalling + removing registry entries using CCleaner. Should work then!
