How to move window to second display?

I like that there is an option for windowed mode, but after I alt-tab away from the game and try to select the border and drag to move, it does nothing! What? :confused:

Another solution to my problem would be a way to just have the game start up on my secondary display. I see there is a switch to start with secondary adapter, but both displays are on one adapter. :p

its untested (by me) but under video options theres an option for full screen on/off and there is a resolution setting aswell in theory it should be easy enough to select a res. that fits the second monitor and to drag it to the secondary display. not sure if thats what you wanted, but it should work.

Sorry I have been drinking a little tonight... Other than moving the window manually I'm not sure, all I can suggest is changing the default window perhaps? Or hang on and hope you get a response from snow the official voice of the devs on these forums ^^
