View Full Version : Constant connection issues with EA accounts in BF:BC2

We are currently experiencing several issues related to DICE's attempts to increase Battlefield: Bad Company 2 server capacity across the board. This may be impacting your game if you were previously able to play the game successfully but are now experiencing:

trouble connecting to an EA Account,

trouble connecting when you click to join a server,

server browsers that are:

too slow,

displaying inaccurate numbers relating to the number of players connected on game servers,

displaying no ping,

high pings even on local game servers,

stats temporarily being reset after disconnecting,

a repeat prompt for your serial number when attempting to reconnect to your profile,

buddy list not displaying properly,

or favorite list not displaying properly.

After talking with EA support about it I feel a bit better, but I want to know- how long has this been going on for? Probably 4/5 times I try to play online, I can't because I can't even log in. Piss poor quality right now.

I'm still not able to play this game because of the stupid "Failed to connect to EA online" error. I just don't know what to do. I'm just tired of waiting to play again this great game. EA is screwing it all.

People, to the "Cannot connect to EA Online" issue, I found on youtube a way to fix this. Or maybe a temporarely solution. This is working people.
