Contact your retail store for refund or reset cd-key through Steam Support if you have a valid receipt.

You might want to bring it back to the store, I tried the reset key through steam support and I'm still waiting. From what I read it can take any where from a few hours to 5-8 days. The crappy thing is they make you write on your manual (to take a picture) so I'm not sure if I can return it now. I have to wait it out and can't play until they fix it. To be fair I've only been waiting 15 hours now, however I paid for the game new and can't play it. Very annoying.
