I picked this game up during the Christmas sale and it has sat idle until recently. The last few days, however, I picked back up and finished the campaign. I was pleasantly surprised but had a few comments/suggestions/complaints:
1) Sniper rifle. As mentioned in another post, the sniper rifle has some issues as to registering hits. There are many times when I have a clear shot lined up on a stationary target and still can only 2-shot them; mildly annoying.
2) Victory depends on weapons. With my first play through, I felt that success was easiest with the shotty and nothing else. With shooters I tend to be a fan of machine guns yet found myself struggling with the ak-47 which, to be honest, contributed to why it sat idle for so long. So i find it a little frustrating that one weapon gives such an advantage.
3) Isolating one enemy = easy win. I think this has also been pointed out but on the defense missions, if you leave one enemy (not a suicide bomber) he will continue to attack you/the obstacle without spawning a new wave, leaving me to run and kill chickens and refill ammo.
4) Zombies. This game, along with most, could use some zombies. Swap out some terrorists for some zombs and I'll be a happy camper.
5) Yes, I would like more maps + multiplayer blah blah blah.
Overall, I greatly enjoyed this game. It is not perfect but I paid something like $2 for it and got my moneys worth. I plan to get all the achievements and purchase all the weapons, etc. I hope Sakari follow through with their promises to release multiplayer and continually add content. If so, this will be a wonderful investment. But, if not, I still got my $2 worth.
Cheers!
