two gameplay questions...

1. can u somehehow predict what kinda gems are coming to board? the ones u cant see yet.

2. sometimes when i mix some gems i can see that few other random gems on the board is destoryed as well...what is the logic behind this?

2. they are destroyed because when the original gems you mixed disappeared, it created an empty space... and by falling into this empty space other gem combinations of 3x, 4x, 5x are formed and destroyed also.
