I just figured this out the other day and I didn't see anyone mention it yet so I thought I'd throw up a little tutorial on how to play through entire episodes of Wolfenstein 3D using Newwolf and then get the little reward of an ending cinematic after beating the final bosses.
First, go to your Wolfenstein folder. On Windows 7 it would be Steam/steamapps/common/wolfenstein 3d.
Next open "Wolf3d + cheats.bat"
Start a new game in the episode you just finished using Newwolf and press Left Shift + Alt + Backspace together to enable debug mode.
press Tab + E to skip levels until you get to the boss level.
Once you get to the boss level, hold Tab + G to enable God Mode.
Now just waltz up to the boss and mow him down. It should take less than a minute and you'll see the full ending.
The whole process should only take about 2 minutes.
For Spear of Destiny, it's a bit trickier
Go to Steam/steamapps/common/spear of destiny/base
Open "SOD.conf" in Word Pad
Scroll all the way to the bottom, and under [autoexec] add the following lines:
mount c .\base
c:
Spear.exe -debugmode
exit
Start Spear of Destiny and follow the same procedure for Wolfenstein 3D proper in order to enter debug mode and use the same codes.
