Missing library image

I'm missing the library image for Fallen Earth. Is anyone else having this issue and knowing how to fix it would be awesome too. Thanks in advance!

Where in the library is it missing? I only place I have a problem is the last view (with the big images), where it only has a small image.
And I'm missing the achievement images in the library too.

Same as you mate. It's missing in the biggest library images together with the achievment images. There must be a way to fix this.

They fixed it apparently. The image has "returned home". :)
