Game Won't Startup

Heya, can anyone give me a hand with this game?

When I attempt to start it up, it shows in task manager, but no game starts up.

I have tried running it as admin, windowed mode and different resolutions.

Specs:
Nvidia 9800 gt 1gb with latest drivers
Windows 7 32 bit

I've tried looking around the internet and just can't find any solutions.

Any help is greatly appreciated. :D

Having the same problem. I actually had it running to begin with and i went to change the resolution now it just flashes black a couple times and goes away... I tried changing resolution back and what not but it doesn't seem to help. Is there any other files needing modification for resolution settings other then game.xml? i am using a mac btw.
