No Voices and music

I recently installed all the CoH Games and the units have no voices and the music sometimes never plays. Ive tried many fixes but nothing worked.

My audio drivers are up to date. I didnt have this problem on my previuos install either.

This happened to me too AFTER enabling Opposing Fronts and the final expansion. I did a Steam search for invalid files and it downloaded over 2gb worth of data and that didn't fix it either.
