Hopefully someone can help me with a few issues - possible spoilers

I finished the game earlier today, and I have a few issues.

From the first payment to the last, I never entered a dungeon. I did this during the demo, but I found I wasn't able to keep up with the payments when I kept continuously dying. So after I finished the game, I figured I'd do a bit of dungeon-crawling, but after I finished the first two (multiple times), there weren't any left...

I know this isn't right, so how do you unlock dungeons after the first two?

My second problem is the woman that can be found in the courtyard (the one who keeps trying to rip people off). Just as I didn't enter dungeons previously to finishing the game, I didn't go anywhere aside from the merchant's guild or the market place either.

So after finishing the game, I went to the courtyard and that woman was there. Now she keeps coming in the shop trying to sell me stuff for absurd prices, and if I deny her, it breaks my combos, which makes it almost impossible to level up at this point!

I'm at merchant level 23, and the only way I can level efficiently anymore is to get combos, but I can't do that anymore unless I buckle give in to her absurd prices...

So yeah, I need to know how to unlock the new dungeons, and how to get rid of this woman coming in my shop breaking my combos.

To unlock second real dungen you have to following:
1.) Beat Charme
2.) Trigger Plaza event with elf girl.
3.) Have drunken Charme enter your shop and she will spill the beans. This happens randomly after you trigger the event.

And you cannot get rid of 'art saleswoman', she's designed to be hindrance; to break your just combos. But if you have plain atmosphere she won't come so often.

Any suggestions on how to unlock the third 'real' dungeon (the fourth listed dungeon)?

Randomly triggered, but the prerequisites would be a few encounters with Griff in nighttime (central area of town, the icon should blink anyhow). Doesn't matter how much you play Louie--the one who tells you this news.

Actually, first you have to beat second real dungeon. Then you have to trigger Griff event on plaza at night two times and then Louie comes and tells about the dungeon.

Fairly certain to trigger Louie coming to your shop you have to be right in the middle of store atmosphere.

I'll spoil the rest for you.
After that, Charme(or was it arma?) will come and give you the 5th dungeon.
the Ruins. Or, lapiz, as I prefer to call it.
Complete it, and unlock Arma as a playable character.
Then you also unlock a new dungeon a.k.a. Nightmare. Won't give the rest of the info.
That dungeon is a nightmare.
Hf. Oh, and there is bossrush mode too, for every dungeon starting from jade.
