steam glitched i had pay 2x for 1 game WTF :(

steam glitched and seems paypal has purchsed my gift 2x over
but i only recived it once
i dunno where to go what to see i opend case in paypal about duplicate transaction

i buyed madballs 4 pack to send sum to freinds
it buyed it twice and still only gave me just 4 copys
i wudnt mind if it had atleast given me the other 4 copys i am missing

i only got 4 copt pack for £42 instead of £21 like it says in steam page

how wud i redeem this to have extra 4 copys as gift or ill try get refund meanwhile anyone can give any info that can help me out little

You can buy any 4-packs only once so this must be a unique problem, contact Support (top of the page) and they will fix it, you'll get your money back if really this happened.
