Is the editor included?

I bought fantasy wars when it first came out, and for whatever reason ended up losing it. SO I repurchased it via Steam, and am currently downloading it But I was curious if the editor is included in the download?

Nope, not included. You need to have the retail version and then download the editor from http://fantasywars.1cpublishing.eu/index.php?page=editor
