Lost Save

I paused the game to switch my audio from my headset to the speakers and exited the game for the switch the work but when i started it up again my save was gone.:mad:

Are any backups made or will i have to start again?

look in your steams folder... steam/userdata/[somenumber]/9940/remote/

usualy there should be a backup made..

Oh this is just bull♥♥♥♥, my save is wiped. No backup in the userdata/blah/9940 directory, either.
