because in the canyons i cant place food industry due to not good soil

Download the 'UNLOCKER' mod for the game from Simtropolis, which unless I'm mistaken will allow you to place any city services (like food, water, oil, etc) on every city.

Otherwise you don't have place for food I guess if the game is telling you that there is no place to lay down the food industry like farms.
