i'm experiencing input delay (feels like vsync) in windowed mode

and it goes away in fullscreen mode

steam community does NOT link in windowed mode, and DOES link in fullscreen mode

max pre-rendered frames 0

input delay only exists in windowed mode

acceleration is enabled

possible fixes?

i'm assuming it's because steam community doesn't link with the game in windowed mode, which is causing this problem

i figured this out when i started doing the time trials, and really needed to have fast reactions to get V ranks, and was getting frustrated,

so i turned the game to fullscreen and noticed the delay was gone, but then in return i get horrible visuals, and too much screen to view because it just stretches the image and doesn't actually re-size to that resolution

so this may be a bug, and i'm pretty sure steam community is to blame, unless for whatever reason the game uses a different part of the GPU whiled in windowed, like openGL in windowed, then d3d in fullscreen

There is no graphics acceleration in Windowed mode. There is in Fullscreen, however.

This added load on the CPU in windowed may have a slight effect on your performance, causing the input delay.

Steam community isn't to blame. If you really must turn it off, you can from the Steam settings.

steam community doesn't integrate in windowed mode, only in fullscreen, i'm assuming, it's an issue, because maybe it's trying to load

also, the game uses 0% CPU, and a minimal amount of RAM

also if the game doesn't use acceleration in windowed, then how come disabling it still has effects?

if that is the case, then the only way to remove the delay is to play in fullscreen?

if so, then that sucks, and maybe it should be reported to the dev as a problem.. or is there a workaround.. cause i prefer the game in windowed for easier accessibility
