So Abyssal Armor isn't avaliable in new game for PC Version?

I just finished the game and i've read that in consoles if u get the complete Abyssal Armor and u finish the game u can start a new game with the armor, now i i've read that this isnt avaliable for PC version.

Its true or not?:confused:
