Well, Ocean is the *longest* region, I think, by raw puzzle count. However, I did that region for my Piece Of Cake achievement since they're all 4x4s, and with 4x4s you can get into a zen/zone/rhythm of solving them. I was able to ramp up and achieve a blistering pace, and it became a sort-of metagame/game mode for me. Actually had fun doing it.

The region with the fewest number of puzzles is Beyond, but 2000+ Beyond puzzles will no doubt take you much longer to solve than 5000 Ocean puzzles. :-)

OK so you suggest i do ocean since each puzzle takes like a couple seconds to do?

That's what I did. It's more than a couple seconds per by the end of each section, but I still averaged better than one a minute throughout the region.

Alright i timed my self in minute i did 5 puzzles on the ocean region. So how long would it take me to do all the puzzles in the region? I read that there is 5000 puzzles so how long would it take to do them all if i went for it straight on at that pace?

The real question is can you maintain that pace, as the puzzles do get harder.

Well that is why i am starting with the last location which is the Shallows. I was measuring the time on the shallows puzzles. So maybe when i get to the lower locations that i might get faster?

The real question is can you maintain that pace, as the puzzles do get harder.Some are easy enough to solve in 10-15 seconds. Others might take a little more than a minute (assuming you want to solve all of them in 16 steps, which I do for ocean). So... in total, you could probably do it in less than 16 hours ;)

Im really just pushing numbers alot of the time and just getting a pattern in the puzzles, so im making mistakes. But oh well im not going for number one, im just going for achievements :D

lol. I personally couldn't care less about the achievements. I just think it's a nice challenge to solve the puzzles without any elimination, up to mountain I'm frequently able to solve the hard solutions without elimination.

Beyond that... too much for my memory alone. Trying to solve a beyond or sky puzzle without eliminating options is a bit too much for me right now. Perhaps with some training though ;)

If you're just trying to get a region done, you're probably best with Ocean. I was looking at Beyond briefly, but there are only slightly less than half as many puzzles, and they're a lot more involved.

Personally, I'm going back to working on Ocean. Honestly, I'd like to get all of the puzzles done, but so many....

I'm trying to do the same... Finishing without any helps or eliminations. All by mental deduction and logic.
I'm starting to struggle on the Forest level. Lets see if I can keep up! :D
