Is there a way to collect the bounty on war becuase it says +36 but I dont get any of it.

That's how much extra matter you get each wave.

bounty - upkeep = income

if you place 1 turret of level 1 , it will cost e.g. 2 upkeep (not actual data, some might be more expensive).

If your bounty is still 10, then 10 (bounty) - 2 (upkeep) will be +8 income.

But everyone starts with +10 income and you cannot get lower than this income.

If you keep sending out creeps, you will raise your bounty.
If you didn't build extra turrets and didn't upgrade the turret you had, you will keep the -2 upkeep.
When sending a Roach, you should have more or less +20 bounty.
20 bounty - 2 upkeep = +18 income.

More income = more mass to use.
Always keep bounty higher than upkeep
