In two spots before I even bought this it showed NOW Available , not Now Available for Pre-Load.
Fix your dang web pages.

Gamersgate has it unlocked right now the way its supposed to be.

Request a refund like everybody else. Don't tolerate this kind of treatment.

Gamersgate doesn't allow US release now dont bother just do the refund thing and just say to hell with the game. This is just beyond stupidity.

Things like this is exactly whats wrong with gaming in todays market. So far there hasn't been a DLC yet(thoe probably shouldn't give them ideas).
