So I sent this message to Steam Support, but apparently they don't take requests for new patches and and a free expansion to be put as downloadable in Steam for the ones who has Unreal Tournament 3
Hello.
I would like to point out that there is a new free expansion available plus a new patch for the Unreal Tournament 3 game. If Steam could put those in automatic update then I would assume it would make a lot of UT3 players happy.
If you check http://www.unrealtournament3.com you will be able to see the "Titan" Expansion and the new patch.

So for anyone who would like to do so, I guess it's up to the individual user to update their game.
