Help!

Ok im stuck here ... I know for a 100% fact that the login details im putting into NCsoft website to log into my account are correct!

I got a failed login afew times then now all i get is "Too many failed login attempts, login temporarily disabled. Please try again in a few minutes."

No matter how long i wait i get the same message when trying to log in!

Any ideas?

There is now a new security feature that you must enter the name of one of your characters to login. Have you entered that info correctly?

It had been a while since I last played so I had to contact support to find out the last names of my guys. I was then able to successfully log in.

Don't forget that the NCsoft website and Guild Wars have different log ins. Make sure you aren't confusing the game with the website.
