Offline Single Player

If i play offline single player do I still get clothing unlocks for my characters to use when the game is fixed and everyone can play online?

Depends, are you using an online profile or a local one? If it is an online profile, but in offline mode, everything will transfer. If it is a local profile, nothing will.

I have a local profile, but I was going to play with my roommate and he too has a local profile. Can we both just play offline and still unlock stuff in our Local profile to use in our local profile?
