Hey ya guys

Was just wondering if any one had tried the UT99 from the Unreal Deal Pack on Win7 x64?

Much appreciated guys :)

Works for me too (Windows 7 x64)

By the way the original Unreal I requieres that you enable V-Sync on your video card. (If you're using a modern GPU because you're going to get 250 fps!)

Works great, but to play like you used to back in the days you'll need to tweak it a little bit.

I find OpenGL the best for UT99.

Unreal Gold and UT99 both run great on 64 bit systems. Luckily the entire Unreal Deal collection runs on 64 bit!

I have the retail version of UT99

patch it up with the official patches (I assume steam version is updated) and get updates from

http://www.oldunreal.com/
and
http://www.cwdohnal.com/utglr/

Get the ST3C textures aswell.

Google for the maxed-out opengl/directx10 settings

Fire up NVidia settings and max out everything (anisotropy and antialiasing)

Also you can run unreal 1 from UT99 using oldskool amp'd mod

runs very gorgeous and very smooth. I love this game since ages ago.

No problem running it on Win 7 x64 home premium.
